This site was designed for version 4.0 or later of Internet Explorer and 4.06 or later of Netscape Navigator or compatible browsers. It will work with these browsers' standard default settings, and does not require any special plug-ins. See below for additional details.
You need to use Internet Explorer 4.0 or later, Netscape Navigator 4.06 or later, or a compatible browser. This site has been tested with these versions of Explorer and Navigator on Windows 95, 98, and NT.
If you do not have one of these browsers, you can download them for free from their web sites at:

(or)

This site should work with the standard settings for versions 4.0 and later of Internet Explorer and versions 4.06 and later of Netscape Navigator. Their standard setting includes the ability to run Java applets (programs). If this capability is turned off for some reason, you can enable it by doing the following:
- Click on the View menu and choose Internet Options
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the JAVA VM section
- Select Java JIT compiler enabled
- click so the checkbox is marked
- Click the Ok button to accept and make the change
- Click on the Edit menu and choose Preferences
- Click the Advanced category
- Select Enable Java
- click so the checkbox is marked
- Click the Ok button to accept and make the change
While you are browsing the site, if you are asked to accept a cookie or to allow a Java program to be downloaded, you should answer "yes."
If you are using the built-in AOL web browser, you must be using version 4.0 or later of this software (essentially Internet Explorer 4.0). In addition, you may need to change some of your AOL software settings. To do this using AOL 4:
- Choose My AOL / Preferences from the toolbar
- Click on the WWW icon, and then click on the Web Graphics tab
- Turn OFF (uncheck) the "Use compressed graphics" option
- Click the Ok button to accept and make the change
- Sign off from AOL, and quit from any open applications
- Go to the START Menu and select Settings, then Control Panel
- Double-click on the Internet (or Internet Options) icon
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the JAVA VM section
- Select Java JIT compiler enabled
- click so the checkbox is marked
- Click the Ok button to accept and make the change
This site uses capabilities of your browser involving "cookies" and "Java." Depending on your browser's settings, you may get messages asking you to accept a cookie or to install and run a program. Both of these are normal behaviour, and you need to say "yes" to such requests in order to shop and create designs.

Our LogoStudio® allows you to customize an item by placing artwork on it, adding text, specifying colours, and otherwise preparing your design for processing. It relies on a Java applet (program) that is automatically downloaded to your computer. The LogoStudioĀ® makes it easy and fast for you to prepare your design.
This site can be used with a 28.8 modem. However, it does contain graphics and large files. You will have less waiting time with a faster Internet connection, and we strongly suggest that you use a 56K modem.
You screen area should be set for 800 x 600 or higher resolution for the best results. We also suggest that you set your system colour to 16-bit (High Colour) or more. However, the site will work with lower resolution and colour settings. To adjust your screen settings:
- Right-click on background of your Desktop
- Select Properties - Click on the Settings tab
- Choose the Colours you want and the Screen Area that you want
- Click the Ok button to accept your changes
