First time I have used this company and I was pleased with the product. I bought it as a surprised gift and the recipient was delighted. A tad disappointed about the delivered within 4 working days. Perhaps the wording 4 working days after the order has been received, approved and instructions confirmed again before dispatch should be made clearer?
