When we receive your order, our expert decorators will review the artwork to ensure that it can be reproduced to your specifications. From time to time, we receive artwork that requires minor adjustments in order to achieve a professional result. For example, we will centre artwork or make small type size changes to compensate for limitations in the production process. We are confident you will be pleased with the end result. And, of course, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
We will contact you if we cannot reproduce your artwork to professional standards, or if we have a questions or a recommendation regarding your artwork.
On orders above £2000, we are happy to provide a sample of the printed or embroidered item for your approval.
The proofing process affects Production Time Estimates. Until a proof is approved we cannot start the production process. Therefore a one week delay in approval will lead to an additional week being required for the production time.
