Delivery costs and conditions

Delivery is £6.95 (excluding VAT). We normally deliver all customised goods within 7-14 working days.

If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact customer services. We will check on your order and reply to you as soon as possible

Delivery Status

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays.

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately however, we cannot provide you with any information on the exact time of delivery, as we do not know which route the driver will take. We can only say whether or not the order has been dispatched for delivery that day, or if there have been any problems.

If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date.

If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to re-order if you still want the goods.

What happens if I want to cancel an order?

We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time

In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order. If we are unable to cancel the order you will need to return the goods to us.

Goods returns

What is your returns policy?

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. However, once garments have been customised we are unfortunately unable to accept return of the items. If we make an error or there is a fault with the garments please contact customer services for instructions.

Orders outside the UK

Clothes 2 Order.com currently only delivers within the UK. Deliveries outside the UK mainland are by request.
