We’re proud to announce that this months Charity Shirts campaign will support the Bee Forever campaign supporting the victims and families affected by the Manchester Arena attack on the 22nd May 2017.
By supporting charities through Charity Shirts, our customers have helped us raise thousands of pounds for different charities each month. This is done through selling unique t-shirts on the charity shirts website, with all proceeds (excluding VAT and delivery) from the first 100 t-shirt sales being donated to the cause. Subsequent profits from t-shirt sales after the first 100 are also then donated to the cause.
After the success of previous campaigns, we hope to raise as much money as possible to help the victims of the Manchester attack as well as their families and chosen charities, 1 year on from the attack.
This month’s charity t-shirt has been designed by the 10 year old daughter of one of the victim’s families and started selling on the Trolley Beez website, set up by the family. The t-shirt shows a bee with a heart in the middle along with the words “Bee forever in our hearts”, which signifies the love and support Manchester has shown towards all affected by the attack and that the victims will never be forgotten.

The bee has been the symbol of Manchester since the industrial revolution and is reflective of the city’s hard working past. Over the past year, the worker bee symbol has been seen more than ever to represent Manchester and the way the city came together to support everyone affected by the attack. From getting charity tattoos to the One Love concert held last June, it’s safe to say Manchester have stood in solidarity to help those in need.
How you can help
When you purchase one of our charity t-shirts, the money (excluding VAT & delivery) made will be donated to a dedicated Just Giving page which has been set up to support the families of the victims and their chosen charities.
You can also make a donation directly to the Just Giving page.
A great opportunity to wear your Bee Forever t-shirt and show your support for the city of Manchester is at the vigil that will be held on the 22nd May in Albert Square. People are encouraged to attend, reflect and remember the victims and all affected by the attack last May.
There will also be a minutes silence held at this years Great Manchester Run on 2oth May.
If you are running a campaign big or small, you can apply to be our Charity Shirts campaign of the month here.
