When Isaw the emailed proof I replied questioning the colouration of the embroidery. Carl replied promptly and promised to look into it and check the best colour match to my logo had been used. A new proof was emailed the next day. I'm pretty sure that the issue was actually just that the photo I got didn't do the proof justice. However, the actual quality and colouration of the embroidery surpasses my expectations
