Quest to find Britain's worst uniform
Clothes2Order is on the hunt to find the UK company that has the worst work uniform. The company that is found to have the most undesirable work wear will win a makeover from Clothes2Order.
Competition Overview
Companies / individuals will be required to submit digital photographic evidence of their choice of most undesirable work wear / uniform with an accompanying statement to include the full company name and reason for their choice in no more than 50 words.
How to enter
Entries can only be submitted directly through the
Clothes2Order website and by emailing entries to
competition@clothes2order.com. The digital photo must be a high resolution (minimum 300dpi), jpeg image and must clearly show the full uniform to be critiqued. The accompanying text must describe in no more than 50 words the reason that the work wear is undesirable - for example -
"Our work overalls are so garish that we think Dame Edna Everidge designed them on the day she forget her glasses. They are a nightmare in nylon!"

Competition Prize
The winner of the worst work wear competition will receive a uniform makeover from clothing specialists Clothes2Order. The prize will consist of £500 worth of clothing from the clothes2order.com website. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
Terms and conditions of entry
This competition is run by Clothes2Order and its parent company, The Quayside Group.
This competition opens on 6 October 2009 and will close on 23 October 2009.
All entries must be received by midnight on the stipulated closing date for the competition. Those not received by the deadline will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received by Clothes2Order due to technical difficulties.
Entrants must have the permission of the uniform owner (individual or company) to submit their picture for judging. Any persons depicted must also be over 18 years old and have given full consent to the entrant.
Uniforms / work wear submitted for judging must be currently worn by employees.
Clothes2Order / The Quayside Group have the right to use and distribute the competition entrants pictures, company names and reason for choice in regional and national press (online and in print) and other online marketing channels, including the company website, the
Facebook Group,
Flickr account and
Twitter.
The winner will be selected after the closing date at the discretion of the Clothes2Order judging panel, whose decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days
Entrants must be 18 or over. Employees of Clothes2Order, The Quayside Group, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. The company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applications.
Only one entry per company.
This competition is open to residents of the UK & Ireland only.
No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are legally binding. Clothes2Order / The Quayside Group reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions. In the event that any applicant is disqualified from the competition, Clothes2Order / The Quayside Group in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further applicant will be selected on the same criteria as the original applicant and will be subjected to these terms and conditions.
The winner's name may be published on Clothes2Order.com after the closing date of the competition. Clothes2Order / The Quayside Group reserves the right to contact the winners for permission to involve them in any post prize-giving publicity and the winner agrees to such activities and shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.
Clothes2Order / The Quayside Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on www.clothes2order.com.
The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
