the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.

Branding is a way for company’s to attract attention and also get customers to remember their products, great customer service and other aspects of the company so they will return again.

promotional Clothing can also set companies apart from others that may offer the same or similar merchandise. Once a company has been branded, they will be more noticeable to returning customers and new ones as well.

According to The Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), a non-profit trade association working with the promotional products industry, “recipients of promotional products have a significantly more positive opinion of a business through more positive overall image; more positive perception of the business; higher likelihood of recommending the business; and higher likelihood of patronizing the business.”

This is good news to those who run smaller companies that have a regional customer base. By offering promotional products including printed T-shirts, key rings, hats, and other fun items, customers will want to return. By investing a little money in a few items, the return could be huge.

For companies that are competing with each other, a colored t-shirt can be all it takes to win over the competition. It is important, however, not to overdo it. Offering promotional merchandise every few months is enough to brand the product and instill customer loyalty.

Focusing on other aspects such as customer service, producing a quality product, and ensuring customer satisfaction should still be at the top of the list in terms of running a successful business. But when advertising, don’t forget the impact that promotional Clothing can make.
