the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.

Raising Funds with Promotional T-shirts

Wednesday 14th of February 2007 08:41:57 PM

Raising Funds with Promotional T-shirtsprinted T-shirts supporting Border Trust, an Australian non-profit organisation that helps local communities will be sold to those who want to help. “I can honestly say, having been involved with the Border Trust, they are a good organisation and work quietly behind the scenes on a lot of good donations. With this cause the money that’s raised direct impacts to the community benefit in our local area, said Councillor Rod Wangman. Other councillors have also vocalised their support for Border Trust.

Councillor Tony Quinn said of the printed T-shirts, “I think it’s a great way of people raising funds, provided people buy the shirts.”

Raising money for charitable organisations is the only way that some of these organisations can help people in need. “Anything where the money is filtering directly back to local charities gets my endorsement,” said Councillor Amanda Duncan-Strelec, who posed for pictures wearing one of the shirts with other councillors in Albury.

The shirts are white and have the phrase ‘I walked the walk for my community’ printed on them. The shirts are a way for more people to get involved in different charities in the area including Border Trust. Giving money to these organisations will help provide services to those who are less fortunate.

The Border Trust t-shirts will be sold at the opening of the Albury-Wodonga freeway.
