the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.

Using Different Printing Techniques

Tuesday 13th of March 2007 10:44:25 PM

Using Different Printing TechniquesIn an effort to boost sales, t-shirt printing companies are trying out new methods to see if improvements to the process will help. While traditional silk screen printing has been used for years, other methods are now available that yield more vibrant colours and also longer lasting colour. These methods including water transfer printing, rubber prints, and plastistol ink are being used because the images they create are bold.

In addition to sharper images and cleaner lines, these promotional t-shirt printing companies are also using glitter and foil printing methods to appeal to as many consumers as possible. Their goal is to attract sports teams and others who need to buy shirts in larger quantities. Discharge printing, which is relatively new, involves using chemicals that are applied to dyed fabric. This method produces colours that will not fade for a longer amount of time.

promotional Clothing is very popular all over the world. Competing for business can be tense at times, which is why companies must find ways to offer new products without having to spend too much money. T-shirt printing for professional sports teams, local teams, or groups that want to express their team spirit has risen over the years. As technology has advanced, companies are taking advantage of it in as many ways as they can.

Logos and other designs can be applied in various places on a t-shirt. Learning how to use dyes, iron-on designs, or t-shirt printing machines is not too difficult, which is why there is increased competition for customers among t-shirt printing companies. Companies in India and China are using different methods of printing in order to save time, earn more profits, and spend less on materials.
