Even though Workrite uniforms and Dickies are manufactured under Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Co., this is first time the two clothing lines will combine to product a line of fire-resistant work clothing and uniforms. This new line of clothing will be called Dickies FR.Changes that have brought the two lines together include safety regulations and the need for comfortable clothing that adheres to these changes. The new line will feature Dickies customer favourites which include the 5-pocket jean, work shirt, carpenter jean, and hooded duck jacket.
The need for flame–resistant clothing in certain industries has increased over the years as innovations in the clothing and textile business have emerged. Wearing clothing that protects workers from dust, debris, and now harmful flames can help save lives and allow workers to complete job tasks wearing less equipment. Dickies FR will be made of Indura and Indura Ultra Soft fabrics that will be covered by flame-resistant materials that are manufactured by Westex.
Since many workers rely on Dickies clothing, incorporating many of the features that make it popular was important when creating the new line of work uniforms and clothing. The same features including hammer loops and other tool compartments are included in the new line. Director of Marketing for Workrite Uniform, Charlotte McGee said in a press release, "our expertise in proven flame-resistant fabrics, quality manufacturing, and customer service allows us to take Dickies into the flame-resistant marketplace."

the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.
