Since 2000, EmbroidMe has offered embroidery services, screen printing, and other decorative services to local communities by opening 350 franchises worldwide. Recently, the first franchise in the UK opened on the high street and has been immediately successful. This success is due in part to the technology, training, and the idea of independent ownership that have earned the store return customers. "When we embarked on the project, we had no real idea of the success that would follow, or indeed if the UK market would accept the franchise as it has done across the USA. This past 12 months have highlighted the enormous potential open to us," said UK master license holder, Bill Soutar.Established by Ray Titus, who has sold over 850 'Sign A Rama' franchises around the world, the idea of bringing quality custom embroidery and screen printing to small communities whose needs include local sporting events, social clubs, school uniforms, and other items, was unheard of. EmbroidMe will take on any job large or small and ensure that a quality product is the result.
Soutar plans on opening 40 more EmbroidMe franchises in the UK over the next five years. He feels that being able to bring this type of business to those who thought it was only for large orders and large organisations benefits the industry in many ways. "The fact we can offer a quick turn around and no minimum order has certainly assisted in the success of our flagship store. Yet, perhaps more importantly, I strongly believe we have helped to grow the market locally, particularly within community groups and small businesses, who in the past, had thought garment decoration and promotional items were for major corporations or large runs only," said Soutar.

Good all round. Will order again.
the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.
