the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.

FESPA Prepares for India Expo in December

Friday 17th of August 2007 11:38:57 PM

FESPA Prepares for India Expo in DecemberFESPA has begun preparations for India Expo 2007, which will be held in December in Delhi. The expo will feature over 200 vendors, manufacturers, and others who are influential in developing and strengthening the textile and screen printing industries in India. Those who attend will be able to preview new embroidery and decoration equipment, the latest in screen printing and digital technology, and listen to distinguished speakers in different apparel decoration and textile fields.

In order to help bring awareness of the expo, FESPA recently held a workshop in Tirupur, Tamil, Nadu, India on the future of the printing industry. As India’s economy continues to grow, those who want to forge careers in the textiles industry need to be aware of the proper business practices, how to network with others, and how to sell their clothing and other items in the global marketplace.

FESPA, which was started in 1962, has become a leading expert in textiles and garment decoration and has embraced many other countries including Thailand, Japan, and Australia by allowing those in the screen and digital printing industries to become members.

The India Expo promises to enlighten business owners of not only the latest equipment, but also how to compete in the global marketplace. As screen and digital printing continues to evolve and the demand for items such as printed T-shirts and other clothing increase, Indian business owners have many opportunities to participate.
