the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.

Politeed T-shirt Causing Controversy

Monday 03rd of December 2007 03:16:05 PM

Politeed T-shirt Causing ControversyThe t-shirt company called Politeed is known for their printed t-shirts that rise political awareness. Many feel that it is not polite to discuss political issues with friends or family but this t-shirt printing company feels differently and want their shirts to spark more political discussions across the world. The designers of the printed t-shirts Sherry Henry and Lisa Stone want to bring out political issues and cause people to really think about them.

These t-shirts have caused a quite a stir among students. The shirts are being worn by teenagers up to age 30. One of the problems with students wearing the shirts is that some are finding that the statements are offensive to others who don’t have the same opinion on the particular political issue printed on the shirt. The shirt is causing misunderstandings between people and controversy, especially among younger students.

These printed t-shirts have statements about gay rights, global warming, Iraq, religion, foreign policy, religion, race, social issues, terrorism and war and many other topics. There are also many sayings for each issue which supports each side. The t-shirts come in a variety of colors and you can choose which political statement you would like to have printed on the shirt. Some of the statements include; Will God Judge Us for Destroying the Earth, Is Hip Hop Culture or Color, Would a Draft Make War More Likely and other debate provoking statements. A percentage of the sales of these t-shirts are being donated to charity, National Defense. If you would like to join in promoting political awareness, you can purchase Politeed shirts on their website, www.politeed.com.
