Paul Lamb of Idea Lab on PBS.org wrote an interesting article about the direction of technology and t-shirts. There are have been some technological advances that are steering the world into having media displays on t-shirts someday in the near future. Think about it, instead of having your catch phrase or your political beliefs on a printed t-shirt, you can have a video, slideshow or other media display. The possibilities are endless with what you could achieve with this advancement. In the article, Lamb discusses some of the most amazing clothing advancements. The first is called, "Wearable Resistance". This is a dress with LCD images and text that scrolls across the dress. You can dress for success and have it displayed as well. The second is, "The Hug Shirt". This shirt delivers hugs without two people even touching each other. The shirt has sensors imbedded that recreate the sensation of receiving a hug. You will feel the strength of the hug, the racing heartbeat, and the warmth of another body on you.
The third is a shirt that is excellent for the increase in social networking. This shirt will be able to pin point your whereabouts and then have it transferred to a computer to be uploaded to a social networking site.
Not only is this a fun new type of technology to play with, it can also help business as well. Instead of having logos on shirts, businesses can advertise on shirts. This media type ad will be much more attracting because it is new and people will pay attention to it. So look out, you may be watching a video on your t-shirt soon.

Good all round. Will order again.
the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.
