Last night was the much anticipated London premiere of the Sex and The City movie. While nothing can yet be revealed about the plot since the nationwide release date is still weeks away, it is safe to say that the movie is alluring to fashionistas and fans of the popular HBO series. The movie will likely encourage two different types of fashion trends. The first will be women who want to wear what the four Sex and The City stars, especially Carrie Bradshaw, are wearing. The second will for Sex and The City merchandise.
There’s not much that we can tell you about what Carrie and the girls are wearing in the movie until the official release date but we’re sure that there will be much to talk about, over a cosmopolitan, when the movie is released nationwide at the end of May.
However, in anticipation of the movie’s release there is plenty of Sex and The City merchandise to be had. You can find merchandise from many on-line retailers and some traditional shops. The U.S. retailer Steve & Barry’s even released a Sex and The City: The Movie apparel line earlier this month and if you are in the States, it is worth a look.

So, get ready for opening night. Gather your best girl friends and make a party of it. Whether you wear your favourite Mr. Big T-shirt or a simple tank top that says Sex and The City, you will be well dressed and ready to watch the four stars pick up where they left off.
