An amateur dramatic society is holding a New Year pantomime that will feature a popular local celebrity in their production. The Folkestone and Hythe Operatic and Dramatic Society (FHODS) will feature Dave the dolphin in many of the scenes in the current production of Cinderella. Dave the dolphin has increased the town's tourist trade since he was first seen in April 100foot (30metres) out to sea on the reef between the seaside towns Folkestone and Seabrook. Before the panto is due to start, the FHODS society's is to host a beach clean-up in his honor involving many of the cast. Dolphins are endangered creatures and may be seen occasionally off the English coast. This year has been recognized by the UN as the year of the dolphin and Prince Albert will be renewing his commitment towards protecting marine biodiversity. Prince Albert will be unveiling the statue of a dolphin in the Larvotto Reserve to mark the 10th Anniversary of the Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and contiguous Atlantic Area.
The cast will be armed with bin bags and are planning to be picking up the rubbish in full costume. They will be starting outside the Rotunda on 6 January. Spokesman Bob Osborne said, "We want people to realize that these beautiful creatures are endangered and that everyone needs to do their bit to help." Dave the dolphin has attracted hundreds of visitors to Folkestone. The town was given a tourism award in November by the Kent Tourism Academy in Hythe. A website has been created that is devoted to Dave and it has received more than 300,000 hits a month. Promotional clothing and other items of dolphin memorabilia have been sold locally for charity. The Cinderella pantomime will be running from the 18th to the 27th of January at the Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone, Kent.

the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.
Delighted with the results. Very popular so repeat orders very likely.
great service, no problems at all
