the chance to review the image is great for checking everything over one last time before printing. the time between reviewing the print and delivery was another positive, taking only a couple of days. my friends were really pleased with the finished items. unfortunately i was out when the courier called. he didn't note the date or time of his attempted delivery on his card and he hadn't filled in when or if he would attempt delivery again. on repeatedly phoning the company on a friday between 4:50 and 6 i got no answer. i then tried again on the monday morning, but once again i got no answer. after phoning clothes2order they resolved everything. i realise this is outwith the control of clothes2order, but it soured an otherwise excellent service.

Promotional Clothing Sold to Help Clean Up Beach

A group of members from the Friends of Jupiter Beach organisation were out collecting rubbish from the shoreline on Saturday morning as part of their monthly cleanup. The hundred and twenty volunteers that turned up collected over 561 pounds of rubbish that included cans and bottles as well as cigarette butts. The group, Friends of Jupiter Beach was formed fourteen years ago to help promote dogs to be allowed onto the beach. The organisation's members give out free green and white plastic bags so that dog owners can pick up their dogs mess. There are a total of twenty-nine bins along the state road A1A where dog owners can deposit these used bags. These supplies are paid for by the organisation selling promotional clothing, hats and other items.

By organising events like these the county has continued to allowed dogs onto the beach and the group have started weighing their collections of rubbish to help people realise how much rubbish is left on the beach. Since September over 2,700 pounds of rubbish has been collected from the beach. The group also recycle what rubbish they can and carry two separate bags for this purpose. A very diverse collection of people turn up to these events, from surfers to students, who gain credit for their help onto their community service requirement part of their curriculum vitae. The rubbish collectors are hoping that the Delray Beach's proposal to ban smoking on the beach is successful as they find a large number of butts. As well as being funded by the sale of promotional clothing and other items, the group is also largely reliant upon public donations.
