We’ve won a business award from The UK Customer Experience Awards!

After months of planning, a team of us ventured south to central London to present to a panel of judges about how we’ve improved our customer experience in 2016.

After a classy 3 course meal and some stiff competition from some very well known brands, we were delighted to be presented with the silver winner of the award in retail for our Customer Centric Culture.

We’re really proud that we’ve won an award for our efforts in making our workplace customer-focused, and want to share this news with you because we wanted to thank you for helping us get there!

This award means a lot to our team, but does not mean that we are perfect. We’re still passionate about improving our offering to you and striving to be the very best we can be, but it doesn’t mean we’ll stop here.
