What is your favourite thing to cook at The Outdoor Cooking School? A. Our favourite thing to cook is panassed salmon. You only need 1 whole salmon, 4 sticks and a campfire! Credit: Pexels Q. What are the easiest foods to cook outdoors? A. Anything, you just need to plan what you’re doing! Obviously grilled meat is good but there also fish – oily fish are the best, salmon and mackerel and don’t forget the grilled veggies too! Flat breads are also really good too. They’re great for wraps and dips whilst you’re waiting for other bits to cook and all you need is 1 small pot of yogurt and 2 small pots of plain flour! We definitely recommend cast iron skillets and Dutch ovens – we like the things that are going to last! If you’re thinking of doing some outdoor cooking this summer take a look at our range of aprons which are bound to come in handy at the BBQ! Got any outdoor cooking tips?
