Russell Athletic is a global sports brand with sales of $2bn per annum.

The Quayside group solution to the customer's sourced product requirement was the off shore manufacture of branded sports clothing in Asia.

Development

In order to make the right design decisions, Quayside provided extensive preparatory development work in garments and fabric form.

Manufacturing

As well as the physical manufacture of garments, quayside managed the quality process from the initiation of garment orders to fabric production and through to the delivery of bulk garments.

NAMAS approved laboratories carried out garment and fabric testing. Quality was monitored according to ISO 2859. By doing this Quayside was able to supply outstanding quality garments.

Logistics and Distribution

The international nature of a global sports brand demanded a supply solution, which included Global distribution of bulk orders to the company their licenses in four continents. In this way the transport, administration, warehousing and distribution costs were minimised.
