We’re so pleased to have been awarded silver at the UK Customer Experience Awards! We were announced as  finalists back in June for the Customers at The Heart of Everything – Customer Satisfaction category and after presenting at Wembley last Thursday, we’re really proud to have come away with the silver award!

As a company, our overall aim is to become the best quality manufacturer of clothing in the UK. In order to achieve this, we have invested more into training and equipment this year with one of the main areas seeing a vast improvement being our Direct To Garment (DTG) department. We have upgraded all of our DTG printers which now print in both CMYK and RGB providing more vibrancy so you get the best quality prints possible! We’ve also produced a standardised quality guide for DTG printing so that all machine operatives are aware of the new standards to expect from the new upgraded machines meaning you will receive only the highest quality prints.

With customer focus being our number 1 core value, it’s safe to say we’re extremely happy to have won this award. All the improvements we have made this past year have all been centered around improving the your experience and ensuring you receive the best quality products and services possible.
